This Privacy Policy pertains to websites (the “Site”) owned and operated by Tasda Group, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) including www.Globalinvestmentletter.com or any other websites that display or link to this Privacy Policy. We collect certain private information because of the use of our Site by visitors and subscribers (“you”, “your”). Our collection and use of your information will be conducted in accordance with the following Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to accept and be bound by the privacy policy described below. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy do not use the Site.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you subscribe to any of our products or services, you disclose, and we collect, certain personal Information from you that may include your name, address, email address, telephone or fax number, username, password and/or other information described in this Privacy Policy (“personal information”). We also automatically collect anonymous tracking information to gauge the effectiveness of our communication and the popularity of certain areas of our Site. We retain your personal information to provide ongoing services to you as an email subscriber. Your subscriber account information is stored electronically with our website host. Your email address is stored with our email campaign service provider.
We will only retain your personal information as long as it is necessary, after which it will be erased within 72 hours.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to information about what personal data we possess about you.
You have the right to access your own personal data to determine whether we hold information about you and, if so, to request that we provide you with certain details about that information and/or the information itself. You can correct any inaccuracies in your personal data. To do so, subscribers may update their user profile in their user account.
You have the right to request that we erase your personal data if it is no longer necessary to possess it for the purpose for which it was collected.

ONLINE ORDERS
The purchase of a subscription with us will require certain personal information from you, including credit card information provided to our online payments service provider. Your credit card information resides only with the payments service provider

By subscribing to the Global Investment Letter for either free or paid content you agree to allow us to send you emails about our products and services.
We may share your personal information (but never your credit card or password information) with affiliates and third parties who provide services to us and agree to keep your personal information confidential on a need to know basis. Please note that data protection laws in Canada and/or the United States may not be as comprehensive as the laws and regulations of your country or may otherwise
